There are many differences between gender stereotypes between my country Colombia and the country of Germany, since Germany has been one of the promoters in the struggle of gender women, it is known that Germany brought women who fought against gender oppression such as Rosa Luxembourg, in which feminism is quite radical, in political and governmental terms it is known that in Germany the last president is a woman known as Angela Merkel who has been in power since 2005, unlike Colombia who has not yet had his first wife as president, despite the years men in Colombia are still those who have taken power but there have been many advances since our current vice president is a woman. Regarding labor issues in Germany in this case, if something very similar occurs in Colombia, since in Germany women usually have a lower salary than a man has, only by pure discrimination, the wage gap and the differences in the labor market between men and women along with the old idea of ​​believing that women are the most appropriate for performing household chores, hacdn to forget careers and push to stay home to take care of household chores. It is for this reason that in Colombia also some women tend to help with things from home and completely forget the studies, in the case of education, women in Germany have access to education completely open, it should be noted that in general terms the education in Germany is much better since most people have access to institutes and universities without having to pay a lot of money, women in Germany around 50.5% enter the university and the other 50 percent men , the gender gap in this aspect does not have much difference, but in Colombia men continue to predominate even more in universities than women, there are many differences between gender roles between these two cultures, but gender stereotypes are going forming in each culture in a different way.
